He was predeceased by: his parents, George Balbach and Emma Balbach (Winkler). He is survived by: his son William A. Balbach Jr.; his grandson Jaicob "Jake" Kollar; and his daughters, Karen E. Balbach of Irwin, Janice Nicola (Edward) of San Antonio and Theresa Kollar (Raymond) of Greensburg. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
