He was predeceased by: his parents, John Francis Carolan Jr. and Jacqueline Smaligo Carolan; his son Killian Carolan; and his sister Brianne Huey. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carolan (Blinkhorn); his daughters, Felicia Berkepile (Dan) and Alley Scott (Mike); his siblings, Shawn Carolan (Susan) and Heather Herr (Bryan); his parents-in-law, Robert Blinkhorn and Nancy Blinkhorn; and his aunt Mary Ann Wingert. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, Inc. (176 Clay Pike, Irwin, PA 15642).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the Carolan family.
