It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Katherine McBarron of North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, born in Parma, Ohio, who passed away on September 24, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Guschwan and Anne Guschwan (Olejnyik); and her siblings, Andy Guschwan (Barb), Anne Marie Gehring (Len), Frances Simecek (Len), Jean Patterson (Dick) and Susan Van Keuren (Roy).
She is survived by: her son Brian McBarron (Lori) of Harrison City, PA; her granddaughters, Lauren, Stephanie and Megan; and her siblings, George Guschwan (Anne) and Betty Pitstick (Joe). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Lindsay-Jobe Funeral Home, Inc. (3343 PA-130, Harrison City, PA 15636). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Barbara Catholic Church (111 Raymaley Rd, Harrison City, PA 15636).
