She was predeceased by: her parents, William M. Heath and Jessie Heath (McClean); her husband Richard J. Kotch; and her brother Gary Heath. She is survived by: her children, Gregory (Andi), Tim (Mary), Matt (Becky) and Stephanie (Stacy); her grandchildren, Richard, Jon, Sarah, Tim, Amanda, Austin, Kalyn, Ian and Jameson; her great grandchildren, Jack, Brookelyn, Marlee, Timmy, Liam, Jocelin, Aiden, Skyler, Owen, Lydia, Colson, Bryson and Darcy; and her sisters, Jessie Barnyak and Leslee Testa (Jim). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Agnes Church (11400 St Agnes Ln, Irwin, PA 15642).
