She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Forbes; and her brother Scott Hredocik. She is survived by: her mother Sondra Dugan; her children, Michael and Kennedy Forbes-Nicholas; and her siblings, Jeffrey Forbes (Anny), Kristofer Rainey, Melissa Hredocik and Tara Rainey (Jimmy). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, Inc. (176 Clay Pike, Irwin, PA 15642). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Kim's name to the ALS Association.
