He is survived by: his children, Charlie McGinnis (Shelly) of Middleton, MD, Pat McGinnis of Junction City, KS, Kathy Lust (Brian) of North Huntingdon and Stacey Williams (Tim) of North Huntingdon; his grandchildren, Renee Humerick (Branden), Ryan McGinnis, Derek, Maura Lust, Brandon Wood (Erin), Cameran and Haley Williams; and his brothers, William Walter and Patrick Walter (Mary).
