He is survived by: his sons, John Caruso, Mike Caruso (Angel) and Domenic Caruso (Brandi); his siblings, Frank Caruso and Anna Miholovich (John); and his grandchildren, Brenna, Katherine, Hailey, Michael Jr. David and Domenic.
