He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard T. O'Neal and Allene O'Neal (Shane); his brother John "Jack" O'Neal; his parents-in-law, Lucille and William Parry; and his siblings-in-law, David Parry and Sandra O'Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggie" O'Neal (Parry); his children, Randy O'Neal (Amy), Colleen Rady and Katey Hummel (Kris); his grandchildren, Abbey Revercomb (George), Eliza O'Neal, Noah Rady, Patrick O'Neal, Talley Madden (Colton), Grace (Brett Ginther), Kara Hummel and Kacie Hummel; his great grandchildren, Howie Revercomb and L. J. Sula; his siblings, Thomas O'Neal and Jean Brown (Herman); and his sisters-in-law, Ethel Logan (Scott), Rebecca Trembath (Mark) and Becky Jadlocki. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the William Snyder Funeral Home, Inc. (521 Main St, Irwin, PA 15642). A masonic service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 8:00 PM to 8:05 PM at the Masonic Funeral Service. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (617 Main St, Irwin, PA 15642).
