He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Kalkbrenner and Dorothy Kalkbrenner (Lewis); and his siblings, Dorothy Hornfeck, Ted Kalkbrenner, Roberta Natale and Leona Krajewski.

He is survived by: his wife Anita Kalkbrenner.
