He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman K. Hoffman and Grace G. Fulmer Hoffman; and his brother Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Erna Christine Hoffman of North Huntingdon, PA; his children, Tyler K. Hoffman (Carolyn) of Jeannette, PA and Thersea K. Hoffman of Bossier, LA; his stepchildren, Brent M. Bennett of Rillton, PA, Briget of Uniontown, OH and Jennifer Armor (Damian) of Vandergrift, PA.; his grandchildren, Benjiman, Shana, Cora, Katelynn, Aubrey and Haley; and his nephew Kurt.
