He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Matick and Barbara Gruback Matick. He is survived by: his children, Gary Matick, Diane Maddox (Allen) and Marianne Matick; his grandchildren, Kaitlynn (Jeremy Dolence), Zachery, Madeline and Joshua Salek; and his brother Richard Matick (Doris).
