She is survived by: her parent Giovanni Madoni (Leporati); her children, David Guthrie (Gerry) of North Huntingdon, Donna Brasco (Jim) and Jacquelyn "Jackie" Eichelberger (Larry) of Level Green; and her grandchildren, Lisa Guthrie, Jason Guthrie, Marla Brasco, James Brasco, Cindy Hoffman, Gretchen Beers, Sam Eichelberger (Alyssa) and Danny Eichelberger.
In lieu of flowers family suggests contributions to one of Emma's favorite charities St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis TN 38105.
