He was predeceased by: his parents, Smith O. Carlson Sr. and Priscilla B. Schneider Carlson; his son Peter J. Carlson; and his brothers, Smith O. Carlson Jr., Raymond Carlson Sr. and James Carlson.
He is survived by: his daughter Tabatha Wieland (Dennis); his grandchildren, Joshuah, Isabella, Avery Wieland, Daemon Carlson, Eoin Hopkins and Colton Baciak; and his former wife Lorraine Carlson McCullough (Andrew).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home Inc. (204 Eagle St, Mt Pleasant, PA 15666). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
