She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde H. Hawk and Dorothy Hawk (Orell). She is survived by: her husband Gary J. Graham; her children, Jennifer S. Smurphat (Darren) of North Huntingdon and Douglas M. Graham of Wexford; her grandchildren, Tyler and Mackenzie Smurphat; her sister Cynthia Hawk-Udoltz of North Huntingdon; and her adoring westie Maggie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
