She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Czekaj and Helen Czekaj; her husband Stanley; her son Joseph Kurp; and her siblings, Stanley, Walter, Theodore "Dykes" Czekaj, Josephine Fagan and Sophie Frydrych.

She is survived by: her children, Gary (Denise), Ronald (Marian), Jim Kurp (Claudine), Diane Riley (Tom) and Terrie Harsch (Dan); and her daughter-in-law Lynn Kurp. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, Inc. (176 Clay Pike, Irwin, PA 15642). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Agnes Church (11400 St Agnes Ln, Irwin, PA 15642). A burial was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at the St. Joseph Cemetery.
