We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Barbara A. Ruhe of North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Rinkes and Anna Rinkes; her husband Donald J. Ruhe; and her siblings, Lawrence Rinkes, Richard Rinkes (Laurie), Joan Rinkes and Marilyn Rinkes.
She is survived by: her children, David, Doug Ruhe (Shannon), Dawna DeLaney (Brian) and Deann Czopek (Mark); her sister Kathryn Howell (Ron); her sister-in-law Aurelia Rinkes; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Taylin, Ryan and Gavin.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, Inc. (176 Clay Pike, Irwin, PA 15642). A Mass was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Agnes Church (11400 St Agnes Ln, Irwin, PA 15642). A burial was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at the St. Joseph Cemetery (112 Mifflin Street at, Church St, Duquesne, PA 15110).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Barbara's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
