He is survived by: his parent Anna Mulac (Flanyak); his children, Susan Petrulak (David) of Jeannette, Sherry Acalotto (Don) of North Huntingdon and Pamela Beranek (Bob) of Irwin; and his grandchildren, Erica, Anthony, Kellie, Kristopher, Brianna, Leanndra and Lindsay.
