She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Penrose and Alice Penrose (Cinkovich); and her sister Judy Penrose. She is survived by: her husband David M. Turner Sr. Loving; her children, David M. Turner Jr. (Kimberly) and Ryan Turner (Shannan); and her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Nicholas, Riley and Alexandra Turner.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the William Slater II Funeral Service (1650 Greentree Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15220). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
