He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo J. Lewis and Dorothy Lewis (Perrine); his half-brothers, Bruce and Duane Heflin; his sister-in-law Tanis Lewis; and his nephew Jeff W. Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Lewis (Anderson); his children, Sallee Bowser (Mark) and Billy Lewis (Beth); his siblings, Mark Lewis (Tanis), Ruthann Luhman and Jeffrey Lewis (Marge); and his grandchildren, Mitch (Jennifer), Mac, Grace (Beau), Cole, Cuyler (Maxine), Anne (Adam), Peri and William. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
