She is survived by: her husband John Lowell Koford; her children, Jack Koford (Gayle), James Koford of Winston-Salem, Jeff Koford of Austin, Texas and Susan Gantt (Matthew) of Winston-Salem; and her brother Dr. Kenny Brown.
