She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard L. Payne and Velma Payne (Audine); her husband Joseph C. O'Neal III; her daughters, Debbi O'Neal and Lauri O'Neal; and her sister Shirley Swarm.
She is survived by: her children, Joette O'Neal of Erie and Jim O'Neal (Karen) of Clymer; her stepsons, Joseph C. O'Neal III (Lori) of Little Hope and Robert O'Neal (Karri) of Wattsburg; her nieces, Tina Schwab (Ted) and Kristina Swarm; and her nephew Richard Anderson. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
