He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Neff and Patricia Seifert Neff. He is survived by: his children, Cara Neff, Leah Neff of Erie, Katilyn of North East and Kristen Neff of North East; his siblings, Lane Neff (Mary), Andrew Neff (Paula) and Holly Alcorn (Marc) of North East; and his grandchildren, Desmon Neff of Erie, Kahlil Harris, Jayliyah Neff and Ninis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a Veteran's program of their choice.
