She was predeceased by: her parents, William Newman and Eunice Newman Sr. (Bissell); her husband Frederick H. Stafford; her siblings, William Jr., James, Everett, Richard, Morris, Ray, Harold, Betty, Vera, Viola, Opal, Nancy and Edith; her son-in-law Gary Neckers; and her granddaughter Toni Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Roberta Newman Foster (Dave) of Sheffield, PA, Sandra Neckers of Clymer, NY, Cleveland Miller (Jodie) of North East, Mary Miller of Warren, PA, Ida May Wion (Rick) of Coshocton, OH and Barbara Naugler (Jim Saunders) of Corry, PA.. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 28 Great Grandchildren, and 8 Great Great Grandchildren.
