He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alonge and Mary Alonge (Vicari); and his siblings, Josephine Dilimone (Alonge), Anna Alonge, Rose Buscemi (Alonge), Sarah Alonge, Caroline Anderson (Alonge), Frances Vella (Alonge), Sam Alonge of North East and Joan Hoggard (Alonge).
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Alonge (Amenta); his sons, Dr. John L. Alonge (Karen) of Millcreek, Gerard J. Alonge of North East and Joseph J. Alonge of Millcreek; his grandchildren, Gregory Alonge of Millcreek and Michelle Keytel (Wesley); his great grandchild Leanna of Louisville, KY.; and his brother Frank Alonge (Barbara) of Erie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
