He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude LeRoy and Sadie Bowen (Hayes); and his brother Claude Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bowen (Ingrao); his sons, Claude Bowen and Douglas Bowen; his grandchildren, Justine Hosier (David), Joseph Bowen, Alexis Bowen and Alyssa Bowen; and his siblings, Mickey, Roy Bowen and Etta Eastman. He is also survived by step-siblings; and several nieces and nephews.
