He is survived by: his wife Linda Parkhurst (Medwid); his sons, Paul M. Parkhurst (Kerrie) and Timothy S. Parkhurst; his brother Reed Parkhurst (Lauree); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Lindsey and Bryce.
