He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Laidlaw and Nora Laidlaw; and his sister Mary Lou Froehlich (Joe). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Laidlaw; his children, Edward Laidlaw (Sandi) and Nancy Schwalm (Ezra); his sisters, Jean Fletcher (Ken) and Colleen Ganzer (Rosemary); and his grandsons, Luke, Andrew, Cody Laidlaw, Garrett and Dylan Schwalm. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
