He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Wagner (Schultz) of North East; his children, Jeremy Wagner (Bobbie Jo) of Muncy, PA, Jason Wagner of North East and Jessica L. Albney of North East; his siblings, Daniel Wagner of Erie, Jean Marie Selkregg of North East, Pauline Fisher of North East, Gerri Ellsworth (Kent) of North East and Joan Blackman (Robert) of North East; and his grandchildren, Makayla Albney, McKyle Albney, McCoy Albney and Ethan Richardson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
