It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David John Girts of North East, Pennsylvania, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 11, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David M. Girts and Dorothy M. Girts (Montgomery). He is survived by: his children, Lynsay Girts, Travis Girts, Morgan Girts (Blake) and Amber Girts; his siblings, Martha Brown (Scott), James "Wayne" Girts (Lorie) and Timothy Girts; and his grandchildren, Nellie May, Jack and Scarlette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
