She is survived by: her spouse Jaime Pukylo; her daughters, Tina Guzman, Melissa Newman and LeeAnne Pukylo; her pet Dunkin; her siblings, Michael F., Donald, Eugene, Randy Gorniak, Deborah Hubbard, Jean Castillo, Diane Hummel, Betty J Truby and Rita Skowron; and her grandchildren, Alyssa, Cody, Jenna, Amir, Selena, Maria and Adam. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
