She was predeceased by: her husband John D. Cermak; her brothers, Robert Tome and Gerald Tome; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Haaf (Robert), Josephine Neduchal and Ann Cermak (Mike).

She is survived by: her children, John P. "Jack" Cermak, Gerald Cermak and Lisa DeSaw (Shawn); her grandchildren, Logan, Avery DeSaw and Adam Cermak; her brothers, Gene Tome (Carol), John Tome (Olga) and Ronald Tome (Sharon); and her sister-in-law Lois Tome.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ANNA Shelter, 1555 East 10th St. Erie, PA 16511.
