He is survived by: his parent Marion Carter (Ferranti); his brother Barry H Carter of Baltimore, MD; his stepchildren, Anthony Kerfonta (Amanda), Carey Proctor and Roy Proctor; his stepgrandchildren, Tasha Kerfonta, Nevin Kerfonta, Corey Proctor and Jake Proctor; and his niece Justina Solties.
