He was predeceased by: his parents, George McGavitt and Hennrietta McGavitt; and his wife Paula Joyce McGavitt. He is survived by: his children, Ed McGavitt (Cheryl) of Charleroi, Cathy Lisovich (Chuck) of North Charleroi, Connie McGavitt of North Charleroi, Robin Greco (Mario) of Rostraver and Traci Yates of Robinson. He is also survived by grandchildren, eleven (11) great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
