He was predeceased by: his brothers, Don P. Knowlton and Shawn E. Knowlton; and his grandchild Finn Mihalko. He is survived by: his parents, Ralph L. Knowlton Jr. and Marilyn Russell (Eugene See); his wife Kimberly C. Knowlton (Jones); his children, Shane R. Mihalko (Rosemary), Christopher Stockett, Robert G. Knowlton, Adam W. Knowlton and Lauren M. Abbott (Mike); and his brothers, Ralph L. Knowlton III (Bonnie), Shawn P. Russell (Melissa) and Jason Knowlton (Cory). He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law; and nieces and nephews.
