He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Jester and Mary Jester (Rulong); his wife Anna Louise Jester; his son Brian Jester; and his brother Bernard Jester.

He is survived by: his son Brad Anton Jester (Trisha) of Clintonville, PA; his grandchildren, Kyle Jester of Buffalo, NY, Colby Jester of Clintonville, PA and Logan Jester of McKeesport, PA.; and his siblings, Elsie Jester, Lois Johnson (Van), Harry Jester (Alice) and DiAnn Ray (Bob). He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
