He is survived by: his wife Georgette L. LaVanture; his children, Joseph J. Costulas of Renovo, Christopher (Williamsport) and Sarah Peslis of Lewisberry; and his grandchildren, Ava Renae, George Joseph, Athanasia Diamanto and Capria Marie.
