She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Williams and Eva Williams (Powers); her stepfather Lamar Smith; and her brother James Williams. She is survived by: her husband David L. Smith; her children, Troy Smith of York, Tony Smith of Spring Grove, Toby Smith of Spring Grove, Jeffrey Herbst of Abbottstown, Lee M. Herbst of Shirleysburg and Jennifer Myers of York; and her sister Patty Williams of Dover. She is also survived by Ten grandchildren one great granddaughter and an expected great grandson.
