With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia Decker of North Bend, Pennsylvania, born in Renovo, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 4, 2022 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cynthia Decker to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Winkelman and Kathryn Friese; and her husband Gary Decker. She is survived by: her son Joseph Winkelman of Renovo; her stepchildren, Jessica Hritzko (Joe) of Pottsville and Nathan Decker of Summit Station; and her sisters, Karen Young (Don) of Beech Creek, Diane Bloom and Nina Hollan (Jerry) of Missouri. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces; and four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to either the Clinton County SPCA or any Boxer dog rescue organization.
