Tomicek (Stephanie) of North Apollo and Teresa Richards (Douglas) of North Apollo; his niece Nanette Tomicek of Philadelphia; and his nephews, Jeffrey Richards (Fatima) of Shaler and Jonathan Richards of North Apollo.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bill's memory to the American Diabetes Association, 4885-A McKnight Road #402, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
