He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rodgers and Blanche Rodgers (Weimer); and his siblings, Francis Rodgers (Pecks), Donald Rodgers, Marie Claypole, Katherine Nadoli, Sarah Murray, Alice Corfutt and Blanche Troup.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Rodgers (Klingensmith) of North Apollo; his children, Robert Rodgers Jr. of North Apollo, Russell Rodgers of Leechburg, Ronald Rodgers (Donna) of Harrisburg, Regina Daugherty (Jimmy) and Rebecca Kennedy (Jay) of North Huntington; his grandchildren, Amy, Mark, Kayla, Faith and James; and his great grandchildren, Noel, Makenna and Brodhi.
