She was predeceased by: her husband John Robert Bazella Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Black (Dan), Julie Lewandowski (Ed), Lorrie Elliott (Joe), John Bazella Jr. (Amy), Justin Bazella (Brandi), Sarah Karns (Ralph) and Mindy Schrecengost (Josh); and her brothers, Milton Heinsen and Chris Heinsen. She is also survived by her grandchildren, visiting with her children.
