He was predeceased by: his parent George Sample. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Sample (Gradwell); his wife Mary E. Sample (Mehalo); his children, Jennifer L. Hartman (Terry) of Duncansville, PA and Jason M. Sample (Ashley Danko) of Charlotte, NC; his grandsons, Cole Hartman of Duncansville and Carter Hartman of Duncansville; and his sister Jane Sofaly of Apollo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
