He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson David Harp, Sr. and Gladys Mae Harp (Griffin). He is survived by: his daughters, Celena Harp and Sarah Harp; his brother Malcome Harp; his grandchildren, Kayla and Kannon Reeder; and his former wife Alice Cottman Harp. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
