Ervin.
He is survived by: his grandson Fred "Champ" Carter II; his son-in-law Fred A. Carter Sr.; his cousins, Betty Armstrong, Barbara Miller (Charles) and Ruth Oliver; and his nephew Ronald Garrett (Josie). He is also survived by great-nephews/nieces, family, and friends.
