He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hill-Fisher; his children, Vance C. Fisher Jr. (Diana), Anna Fisher-Johnson (Terry), Steven Stoner, Vanessa Fisher, Craig Strong (Anne) and Harry Mobley (Theresa); his siblings, Vera Fisher Chenier (Gerard), Violet Wicker (late Wyoming Wicker), Viola Fisher LeBlanc (Ted) and Vernon Lee Fisher (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Cierra, Harry, Cameron, Aubrey and Logan. He is also survived by his family and friends.
