He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret "Peg" Bodge-Allen and Charles Allen. He is survived by: his wife Theresa B. Allen (Smith); his children, Susan Catagnus (Charles), Diane and Robert, Jr. (Ann); his grandchildren, Stephanie Marie Catagnus-Copenhaver (Kyle), Henry and Lucille Allen; and his brother William Allen (Mary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Out of concern for the health and safety of family and friends during the Pandemic, the funeral and burial will be private.
