He is survived by: his wife Catherine Johns (Nicolai); his grandchildren, Melody (A. J.), Julia, Lauren, Timothy, Robert and Amanda; and his siblings, Edward Johns (Cheryl), Francis Johns (Philomena), James Johns, Catherine Zubert, Rita Buono, Mary Rapp and Linda Johns (Jason).
