It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita (Myers) M. Burns (Norristown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 24, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Myers and Anna Myers; her husband Leo T. Burns, Sr.; her siblings, Marjorie McCloy and William Myers; her children, Maureen Brodsky (Phillip), Kathleen Gerrity (John), Leo Burns (Lucy), Colleen Burns-Feldermann, Eileen Suhy (Chris) and Michael Burns; her grandchildren, Rachel, Michael (Lee), Leigh, Allison (Jay), Mary Kate (Max), Matthew and Ava; her great grandchildren, Mia and Sophia; her sister-in-law Eleanor Myers; and her goddaughters, Mary Anne Burns Duffy and Beth McCloy Wentzel. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
