She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Philomena Mancini and Joseph Timbario; her sons, Joseph Timbario, Jr., Kenneth Timbario, Robert Timbario and Thomas Timbario (late Sally); her grandchildren, Dawn Francis, Shaun Timbario, Lisa Salvo, Sheri Sejda, Thomas Timbario, Michele Pavelik, Jennifer Boccelli, Robin Evans, Marisa Self, Adam Timbario and Robert Timbario; her great grandchildren, Ryan Francis, Faith Francis, Shaun Thomas Timbario, Kenny Salvo, Jr., Alyssa Salvo, James Salvo, Matthew Salvo, Michael Sejda, Ryan Sejda, Danielle Ciaccio, Brittany Timbario, Thomas Timbario, Victoria Timbario, Lauren Pavelik, Morgan Pavelik, Tyler Boccelli, Ava Boccelli, Madison Evans, Brady Evans, Bruce Self, Soloman Self, Sabine Self, Kandice Timbario and Hazel Timbario; and her great great grandchildren, Hunter Salvo, Sadie Salvo and Kinsley Romano.

Remarkably, Phyllis' life was bookended by pandemics – namely, the Spanish Flu at the time of her birth, and COVID-19 at the time of her death.
