It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy H. Keohane (Norristown, Pennsylvania), born in Abington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 10, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Stephen Smith; her spouse John Michael Keohane; and her brother Stephen Smith, Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Helen Smith (Creain); her daughters, Colleen Wells of Norristown, PA and Karen Fellin of Royersford, PA; her grandchildren, Karli, Jackie, Heather, Chris and Bobby; her great grandchildren, Ana of Ayden, Caitlyn, A. J. and Aubree; her sister-in-law Zenaida Smith; her nephews, Michael and Sean; and her niece Lisa.
